Mariah Cowsert brings 5 years of experience in communication and community outreach to the Activate team. With the bulk of her experience working in social services and at affordable housing organizations—she has a passion for diving deeper into (and helping bridge the gap between) health care and housing. Mariah works on the dissemination side of Activate where she develops social media campaigns, supports projects teams on resource development for the Activate website alongside Nick, and coordinates with our Activate artist to develop illustrations of young people that reflect our focal population and re-enforce brand recognition for Activate’s audience.
