Emma Pliskin has over 6 years of experience working in Sexual and Reproductive Health. She has worked on research related to post-abortion care and equitable access to contraception at the Guttmacher Institute. Emma has also contributed to a series of fact sheets on contraceptive use and access in the United States, translating research findings for use by relevant stakeholders. She additionally has experience supporting survivors in securing legal and medical resources in the immediate aftermath of sexual assault and with The Positive Life Workshop, a peer-supported workshop series for people newly diagnosed with HIV.
